Memphis, TN – December 7, 2006 – ATWEC Technologies today (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) informed shareholders that the audit of the company’s financials for the years 2001 to 2003 has been completed by a Memphis accounting firm and is now under review by Rotenberg and Company of Rochester, New York. The local audit of 2004 and 2006 financials will begin this week with a target completion date of February, 2007.
